Payment methods and details of IRTCUE courses

Payments can be processed by bank transfer.

It is essential that the invoice number and the course code are indicated on the bank transfer form and that the Centre receives a copy of the transaction no less than seven days prior to the start date of the course.

Alternatively, the amount due may be paid by credit card. As this method requires access to the Centre’s secure, electronic payment service, participants wishing to pay by credit card should notify the Centre immediately. The Centre only accepts Visa and Mastercard.

The course fee can be paid in Euros (€) or the corresponding Turkish lira (₺).

Withdrawal, cancellation policy, and refunds for regular IRTCUE courses

If an enrolled participant wishes or must withdraw from a course, they may choose to apply to a different course or be substituted by another candidate. The participant must notify the Centre, in writing, of their decision at least 30 days prior to the start date of the course.

Cancellation of participation in regular courses will result in the following penalties:

  •  21 days or more prior to the start date of the course: No penalty, 100% refund of amount paid less applicable bank charges
  • 8 to 20 days prior to the start date of the course: Penalty of 50% of course price, refund of residual amount paid (if any) less applicable bank charges
  • 7 days or less prior to the start date of the course: Penalty of 100% of course price 

Unforeseen Circumstances as Defined in Refund and Cancellation Policies

  • “Unforeseen circumstances” is a term used to describe the unexpected events that prevent IRTCUE from delivering any IRTCUE service, such as workshops, surgery, non-surgical interventions  etc. These events may include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, directives from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities, venue unavailability, technical issues, unavailability of the scheduled presenter, etc. In such cases, IRTCUE cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to fulfill the service conditions, and this failure results from circumstances beyond its control. Force majeure situations may include, but are not limited to, strikes, lockouts, labor shortages, riots, war, threats of war or preparation for war, fire, sabotage, storms, and floods.
